1. I have not received my item?

All items dispatched have an estimated delivery date and should be delivered on or before that date. We will always strive to dispatch all items within 24hrs of order, but please do be aware that during holidays and festive periods postal services do take a bit longer than the estimated delivery date on order.


2. I still have not received my item?

Please kindly contact us using the contact us with your query link as soon as possible, and we would promptly resolve any issues that you might have. Kindly do give us the opportunity to rectify any issues that you might have with your order.


3. My item is defective or has a problem?

On the rare occasion, items dispatched could get damaged while in transit. Kindly contact us in such cases immediately, and we would sort out any issue that you may have with your order.
